2025-2026 Academic Year Bucak Faculty of Computer and Information Orientation Program Conducted

We conducted our orientation program for our new 1st-year students who joined our faculty. 

Our program;

-Started with a moment of silence and the National Anthem, followed by the Mehmet Akif Ersoy Documentary.
-Our Dean Prof. Dr. İsmail KIRBAŞ greeted our students with an opening speech.
-Our 1st-year advisors Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emrah HANÇER and Dr. Lecturer Ayhan ARISOY shared information about our faculty, academic-administrative staff, courses, exam system, MAKÜ attendance system, and MAKÜ Plus application.
-Our department heads Assoc. Prof. Dr. İhsan PENÇE (Software Engineering) and Dr. Lecturer Sena ÇELİK (Information Systems Engineering) introduced our departments and talked about our achievements in TEKNOFEST and TÜBİTAK projects.

-Additionally, an informative presentation was conducted within the scope of the Fight Against Addiction.

In the final part, our faculty student clubs took the stage:
-IEEE Club
-Digital Game Club
-MAKÜ Information and Informatics Club
-MAKÜ Gambit Club
-MAKÜSE Research Group

Our students had the opportunity to get to know both academic and social life. We say “Welcome” to all our new students who joined our faculty and wish them a university life full of success!
